Damaged: The product arrives with significant physical damage or a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Product: The product delivered is different from the item ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or completely different design).
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above (e.g., change of mind, dislike of material, or sizing issues not related to incorrect delivery).
2. Request Timeline
All requests for a return, refund, or exchange based on a damaged or incorrect product must be initiated within 3 days of the product delivery date.
Requests made after this 3-day period will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Request
To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps to initiate your request within the 3-day window:

Reason for Request: Clearly state whether the product is DAMAGED or INCORRECT.
Proof: Attach clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video clearly showing:
The damage or defect (if applicable).
The entire incorrect product (if applicable).
The original packaging and shipping label.
4. Evaluation and Resolution
Upon receiving your request and supporting proof:
Evaluation: Our team will review the evidence provided.
Resolution Options: If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions, based on your preference and product availability:
Exchange: If you Exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
Refund: If an exchange is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock), a full refund for the product value will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 day
5. Condition for Acceptance
For any approved return, the product must be returned to us unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return, refund, or exchange may be denied.
